- Includes a uCFG frame grabber daughtercard.

accepting the uCFG daughtercard. The
motherboard provides 4 video inputs/1 video output BNC connectors, RS-232 serial
port DB9 female connector, level shifter circuitry, and DC power jack.
- LVTTL UART, I2C, and trigger signals
of uCFG board brought out to motherboard 0.1" headers for easy hookup.
- Includes full circuit schematics and
user manuals for both uCFG
as well as motherboard.

communications cable (DB9-MF-5F).
- Includes a worldwide compatible AC/DC
regulated adapter with various plug attachments.

| A sample screenshot of the
Windows-based uCFG PC Viewer
Software utility included in the evaluation kit is show below. This application allows quick
evaluation of the uCFG functionality and provides a simple way to
exercise all the supported ASCII serial commands of the uCFG through the
PC's RS-232 serial port. The software allows upload of image data
and saving to standard 24 bit .BMP image file format, convenient for
importing images in you favorite image editing software. The
viewer software also allows configuration of the various non-volatile
EEPROM settings of the uCFG. |

| To get a quick start on
your uCFG development, the complete PC Viewer
Software source code (shown above) is also included in each uCFGEVAL kit
as a reference. This code is provided with full comments in
Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 (MFC). It serves as a working reference
framework to quickly develop uCFG applications. Please note,
Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 is required. |
