OPTION #1 - Purchase online through our secure order form:
 
You may place your order online.  We accept both Visa and MasterCard.  In stock items usually ship within 24 hours.

OPTION #2 - Purchase by FAX:
 
Download a copy of our order form in Microsoft Word or Adobe .pdf format and fill it out (preferably fill the MS Word template directly in Word or write legibly on a printout).  Fill in credit card information, authorized signature and fax to our dedicated order line (overseas orders, also send a short e-mail to indicate that you faxed in an order in case there are any problems with the fax transmission and we need to contact you):

OPTION #3 - Purchase through our dealer network
 
You may purchase selected products through our worldwide dealer network.
 
Payment Terms
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as wire transfers (additional 10$ fee for wire transfer).  Sorry, no COD's, and no Purchase Orders.  For wire transfers, please contact us to obtain further instructions.  We can also accept US postal money orders and US cashier's checks drawn on a US bank, however these options will take up to 4 weeks to clear the bank before shipment.  All shipments F.O.B. Brampton, Ontario, Canada.  We ship via UPS or Canada Post.  If ordering multiple uCFGEVAL kits, we will contact you to confirm total shipping costs.  For other shipping options or arrangements, please contact us and we will confirm final shipping costs.  For International orders, final shipping costs will be confirmed via e-mail only.  Canadian residents, add 5% GST.  Ontario residents, also add 8% PST.  The purchaser is responsible for all additional taxes, brokerage fees, and duties.
 
Return Policy
 
All orders are final once shipped. Any returns of unused equipment are subject to shipping + 15% handling, retesting, and restocking charge.  The purchaser must obtain an RMA authorization number from us within 15 days of the original shipment date.  Products must be in new condition (may be unpackaged but not used, damaged, or modified), packed safely in original or equivalent packaging, and must be, in our opinion, completely resalable as new.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.  When returning, use a reliable carrier such as UPS or FedEx which offer package tracking services.

 
Warranty Repair/Replacement Policy
 
Digital Creation Labs Incorporated warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days.  If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.  You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning the product.  We will provide you with instructions for shipping.  We will return your repaired product or its replacement via standard shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Abusing the product by subjecting it to conditions outside its specified limits, or attempting to repair or modify the product, voids the warranty.

 
Liability Disclaimer
 
Other than the repair/replacement policy outlined above, Digital Creation Labs Incorporated gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness.  In no event shall the liability of Digital Creation Labs Incorporated exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall Digital Creation Labs Incorporated be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
 
Life Support Policy
 
Digital Creation Labs Incorporated's products are not intended or authorized for use in any critical medical, life support, or life-saving devices or applications or any other system whose failure to perform correctly could result in life support failure.
